Ramps and Rollers is a hands-on, high-energy workshop where kids become mini-engineers, building their own ramps and rollers to test speed, height, and distance. They’ll discover the science behind kinetic energy, test different materials for friction, and see who can design the longest, fastest ramp. It’s a perfect way to get kids moving, building, and learning this summer!
What to Expect:
-
🧪 Hands-On Science: Build ramps and rollers to test speed and distance.
-
🔎 Inquiry-Driven Learning: Experiment with different angles and surfaces to find the fastest path.
-
📚 Take-Home Learning Extensions: Create your own ramp challenge at home and see who can go the farthest!
