Having a school culture and vision where all the pieces, teachers, admin, parents and students are focused on the same thing is more challenging than we may think. In this episode we discuss the three buckets that are essential to develop a shared vision that focuses on the kids! This episode is a great place to start if you need to shift the culture of your school, teacher team, or grade level.

Create systems that include morning meetings, mindfulness moments, and physical activity.

Directly teach students character traits that you want them to exhibit
