Unlimited Subscription Access Pass Service Agreement

1. Membership Terms

• By purchasing the Wonder Workshop Unlimited Subscription Access Pass, the subscriber agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.

• The Unlimited Subscription provides access to 18-20 workshops per month during the school year, with additional camp opportunities during the summer at a discounted rate.

2. Subscription Fees and Billing

• The subscription fee is charged on a monthly basis.

• To cancel the subscription, the subscriber must submit a written request to [email protected] at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

• Failure to cancel prior to billing will result in the charge being applied, and refunds will not be issued for missed cancellation deadlines.

• If the payment method fails, the subscriber’s access will be paused until the payment is successfully processed.

3. Workshop Registration and Attendance

• Workshops are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To maximize the value of the subscription, it is the responsibility of the subscriber to reserve spots for each desired workshop through the provided registration system.

• Workshops can reach capacity quickly, so early registration is highly encouraged to secure a spot.

• If a subscriber fails to reserve a spot, The Learning Project is not responsible for missed sessions.

4. No Show and Cancellation Policy for Workshops

• Subscribers are expected to attend workshops they have reserved.

• If a workshop reservation is not canceled at least 24 hours prior, it will be marked as a No Show.

• Repeated No Shows may result in a temporary suspension of priority registration privileges to ensure fair access for all members.

5. Media Release and Social Media Consent

• By participating in the Wonder Workshops, subscribers acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional and educational purposes.

• If parents/guardians do not wish for their child to be included in media content, they must submit a written request to [email protected] prior to the workshop date.

• Requests must be submitted annually or upon renewal of the subscription to ensure continued compliance.

6. Membership Benefits and Limitations

• Subscription benefits include:

  • Unlimited access to monthly workshops

  • Priority registration for all sessions

  • Discounted rates for summer STEMspiration camps

• Membership does not guarantee availability for all workshops due to capacity limits.

• The Learning Project reserves the right to alter the schedule or content of workshops based on educator availability or facility considerations.

7. Liability and Safety

• The Learning Project and Wonder Lab take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants. However, by enrolling in the Unlimited Subscription, parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in hands-on science activities carries inherent risks.

• The Learning Project shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or unforeseen incidents occurring during workshop sessions.
